REVIVE '25
Revive is the signature 3-day service experience offered by Annette Groves Ministries (AGM), designed to bring spiritual refreshing, organizational clarity, and renewed leadership alignment to ministries ready to move forward with strength and intentionality.
DAY 1
Ministry Mapping & Shepherd Care
We begin with a highly confidential, closed-door session with the senior pastor(s), where our team conducts a powerful, Spirit-led assessment of the ministry, uncovering its strengths, identifying hidden challenges, and addressing areas in need of recalibration. This lays the groundwork to either reaffirm or realign the ministry's vision for the season ahead.
The second half of the day shifts inward into the life of the shepherd. Through focused inner healing and deliverance, we lead the pastor through deep soul care, a spiritual “annual physical”, to ensure they’re leading from a place of restoration, not depletion.
Note: All sessions on Days 1 and 2 are confidential, exclusive, and closed to the public.
DAY 2
Leadership Renewal & Vision Alignment
This private, full-day workshop is designed exclusively for the ministry’s leadership team—elders, intercessors, and department heads. It is a pivotal day that blends strategic training with spiritual recalibration.

Morning Session: Practical leadership training paired with a reflective “lessons learned” segment, helping the team draw wisdom from past seasons. This is followed by a time of inner healing and deliverance to ensure leaders are whole, free, and spiritually equipped for the road ahead.

Afternoon Session: Continued leadership development, followed by the introduction of the refined ministry vision—shaped by the insights from Day 1. This session creates space for alignment, dialogue, and a renewed commitment to walk in unity and fulfill the ministry’s updated goals with clarity and purpose.
DAY 3
The Revive Encounter
An open-to-the-public service filled with healing, deliverance, and prophetic administration, worship, and impartation. This final day is a visible release of what God has been restoring in private, a celebration of renewal that flows through the leadership into the congregation and surrounding region.
