The Esther Class (TEC) is an alliance of women in ministry leadership committed to unity, prayer, and purposeful support. Together, we strengthen one another, grow in leadership, solve challenges, and implement Spirit-led strategies to fulfill our assignments with impact and integrity.

We gather bi-weekly for ministry calls designed to equip, refresh, and fortify each woman. These sessions are a powerful blend of teaching, prophetic ministry, leadership development, inner healing, deliverance, and strategic problem-solving. Each gathering is intentional, focused, and deeply rooted in our shared faith and mission.

  Our first in-person retreat designed for rest, revelation, and restoration. A time to step away, recalibrate, and rise into deeper purpose through prayer, clarity, and community.

• The Esther Exchange Table
  Monthly Giving
  Women in The Esther Class contribute $20 each month. 75% of the pooled funds is gifted toward one member’s ministry as a monthly act of support, while the remaining 25% is reinvested into TEC to fund future events and initiatives. As the group grows, more women will be empowered through this ongoing cycle of generosity. It’s our intentional way of honoring and uplifting one another in ministry, mission, and purpose.
